At TP, we take great pride in our state-of-the-art internal laboratory, which sets us apart as the first factory in China to possess such a facility.
Our laboratory plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.
Accreditation and Certification
Our laboratory obtained CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) certification in 2016. This prestigious accreditation recognizes the laboratory’s competence and adherence to internationally accepted testing standards.
Comprehensive Testing Capabilities
Our internal laboratory is fully equipped to conduct a wide range of tests to assess the physical properties and safety of our products. These tests include, but are not limited to:
Physical Testing: We perform various physical tests, including dishwasher resistance testing to evaluate the durability of our products under typical dishwasher conditions.
Chemical Testing: To meet the stringent requirements of international standards, we conduct tests to assess the levels of formaldehyde and melamine in our products. These tests are conducted in accordance with
FDA and EU standards. By adhering to these standards, we ensure that our products are safe for use and comply with global regulations.
Free Testing Reports
As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction,
we provide complimentary testing reports to our customers. These reports are not only recognized by our internal quality control processes but also accepted by customs authorities. This allows our customers to utilize the reports for customs clearance purposes, facilitating smoother import and export operations.
